Our e-mails have a tendency to go directly into your spam folders. In order to prevent that, you would need to filter our e-mails to go directly to your primary inbox. This is imperative to keep yourself updated with our updates and promotions. 

1st Option: 

  • Click on the "Spam" folder.
  • "Right-click" on the e-mail. 
  • Click "Not spam"

2nd Option:

  • Open our e-mail.
  • Click the 3 dots on the e-mail.
  • Choose "Filter messages like this".

  • Insert our e-mail: "support@zeply.com" in the space provided.
  • Click "Create filter".

  • Tick the option: "Never send it to Spam".
  • Tick the option: "Categorise as" and choose "Primary".
  • Click "Create filter".

By going through the above process, future emails from us will go directly into your "Primary Inbox".
